Industrialization

Making the approved product repeatable.

Industrialization turns an approved sample into a process that can be understood, controlled and repeated while preserving the original product intention.

01

Methods and tolerances

Operating sequences, dimensions, thicknesses, interfaces and control points are defined to reduce variation and ambiguity.

02

Production documentation

Technical information, visual references and approved samples align development, manufacturing and quality control.

03

Progressive checks

Dimensions, edges, stitching, assembly, function and finishing are checked at critical stages and before delivery.

04

Completion and delivery.

The workflow can include final packaging, NFC chip application in the product or packaging, brand inspections in dedicated controlled-lighting areas and, for selected projects, direct shipment to client-designated distribution centres or retail locations.

05

Capacity and validation.

Indicative production capacity can reach approximately 50,000 units per year, depending on complexity, construction, materials and production mix. The control plan combines internal dimensional, aesthetic, functional and assembly checks with specialist external testing where required by the project.

Key questions

Industrialization and controls

When is a product ready for manufacturing?

When construction, materials, operating sequences, tolerances and acceptance criteria have been validated against the project.

Which controls are performed?

Aesthetic, dimensional, functional and assembly checks integrated at the appropriate stages of the manufacturing flow.

Do you coordinate external laboratory testing?

When required, 2ME LAB coordinates specialist testing with qualified laboratories and the related documentation.
